- Do I need an account to shop?
You need to have an account with us to place an order.
Creating an account is an easy 2-step process!
- I am unable to log into my account, what do I do?
- Easy! First, head over to our login page and key in your email.
If you're prompted to enter your password: you're already registered and have an existing account with us.
If you're not sure about your log in details, go ahead and try to reset your password.
You will receive an Email from us.
- How can I close my account with Todayful?
After log in, please cancel your membership from "My Page".
All your points and order history will be deleted.
*Please note that once you have cancelled your membership, it cannot be reversed.
How to shop
- Are items in my shopping cart reserved?
Nope, they're not.
That's why we recommend completing your purchase as soon as you can to secure your items!
- I am having issues loading pages on the website. What do I do?
Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or switching to a different browser!
If nothing seems to work, please drop us a message here and we'll run a check for you.
- >Why can't I add other items to my shopping cart?
Items can be added to the shopping cart together, as long as they are in stock at the same time.
Please note that items with different arrival dates cannot be added to the shopping cart at the same time.
- I am not able to checkout. What should I do?
- To ensure a smooth checkout experience, please make sure your internet connection is stable and strong before proceeding to pay! Or pls contact us.

- Why am I not receiving any email updates and newsletters?
It's possible our newsletters may have landed in your junk or spam folder!
Please do a quick check and if they're still nowhere to be found, drop us a message.

- Where can I get more information about a item?

- What is the best way to care for my Todayful apparel?

Here are some other pro-tips from our in-house pros to help keep your Todayful apparel in tip-top condition:
- Separate dark colours from lighter shades to prevent colour transfer - Wash white pieces separately (we promise it's worth the trouble)
- It doesn't fit my size...
If it doesn't fit, return anytime with proof of purchase.
All items are to be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

- What if I am in between two sizes?
- We reccomend you to choose bigger size for boyish style, smaller for a perfect fit.
- colour of the product I've received is different from the picture!!
- Please note that the colour may vary slightly depending on the lighting.

- When will you restock a product?
- Please request a notify me and will send restock notification email once they are instock!
- What is Pre-Order?
1) Ordering from Japan.
2) Sold Out items (Will be refunded if total order numbers is less than production target).
3)This is a pre-order before ordering New Collection items from the factory.
The shipping date will vary depending on the fabric of the item and the place of production. (*Some items are up to 4 months from pre-order)
- When does the Pre-Order end?
- Please refer to each pre-order item's page.
- When can I expect to receive my Pre-Order?
It depends on the item. Please check each product page.
E.g.) Items from Japan, 7-10 business days, Restocking and New Collection Items 2weeks - 4months.
- Can I cancel my Pre-Order?
- Yes you cancel before your items are shipped.
- Can I return my Pre-Order if it doesn't fit?
We accept unused items with tags within 7 days only.
(Items with stains or missing tags are not returnable).
- How can I check the status of my order?
- You can check the status from "Order history" on your account page or tracking by "Track code" we send to.
- How do I check the delivery status of my order?
- Please check by the "Track code" that we have send as Shipping notice mail.
- What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
- If you have not received any shipping notice after 5 working days, please contact us.

- What is a Wish list / Wish item(s)?
It is a function to save your favourite item(s) on your page! Add items you love to your Wish list!

- What is a "Notify me when available"?
- It is a request for a restock notification Email & launch notification Email!
- Is it same as pre-order?
- Unfortunately, it's different from pre-order service.

- What is a restock notify Email?
- An Email that notifies you your requested item are instock again!
- Is it same as Launch notify Email?
- Launch notification email is to notify you our new items are released.
Launch notify Mail
- What is a Launch notify mail?
- It's an Email notifies new items launch!
- Is this same as Restock notify Email?
- Almost the same but "Restock" items and "New launch" items may be difference.
- What does coming soon means?
- Items will be launching soon & you will be able to request for launch notification Email!
- When can I purchase it?
- Check on each item pages and request for launch notification Email!
Cancellation of Orders
- Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
Yes,we do accept cancellation of orders within the following hours.
1) Orders confirmed at 12:00am - 10:00am
Cancellation at 10pm (on the day)
2) Orders confirmed at 10:01am - 11:59pm
Cancellation at 10am(the next day)
After acceptable cancellation hour, we do not accept any cancels.
- I'm not sure if my order was successful, what should I do?
Please check your order history page or order confirmation E-mail.
If you have not received any order confirmations, your have not made a sucessful order.
- Will I be charged for taxes and import duty for my parcel?
- No, you won't! Everything is already included at Singapore.
- I received a wrong item, what should I do?
- Please contact us within 7 business days, we will exchange with the correct item within 3 business days (in stock item).
- How do I change my delivery information?
You can change your order at My Page.
For confirmed orders, please contact us within 24hrs prior the delivery day.
- Can I order even if I'm away from home for a long time?
Sorry, orders will be cancelled if you are not at home to receive the items.
Order must be placed again while you are home.
- Is it possible to deliver to an address other than home address?
- Yes, but excluding Hotels, Islands and Overseas.
- What happens if I missed my delivery?
- Please contact the delivery company for second deliver.
- How much does the shipping fee cost?
Standard Shipping $8.
$100(Tax included) and above will be free shipping!
- Does shipping fee cost again when I request reshipping?
- Reshipment of will cost the same shipping fee (except defective products and wrong deliveries).
- Who will deliver my parcels?
- Your parcels will be delivered by Ninja Van or our delivery staff.
- I haven't receive my parcels... What should I do?
- Please contact delivery company or us for more information.
Return & Exchanges
- How do I return my order?
- Please contact us.
- How do I exchange my order?
If you wish to exchange the item, please contact us within 7 business days from the date you receive the item.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you will receive a refund of the item's price +10% of your points.
You can also exchange the item to a different colour.
- I received a defective item, how do I request for an exchange?
- Please contact us within 7 business days, we will exchange the right item within 3 business days (in stock item).
- What is the status of my return?
- Your store point will be processed within 14 business days from our receipt of your return package.

- What payment options do you accept?
Credit cards(VISA, Master, Maestro, Amex)
Alipay, Union Pay, Apple pay, Google pay.
- Why did my payment fail and what should I do?
There're a few possible reasons why your payment was unsuccessful:
- Your connection may have dropped during checkout
- Your card may have been rejected (Please contact your payment institution).
- I cannot proceed to pay for my order, what do I do?
To ensure a smooth checkout experience is making sure your internet connection is stable and strong before proceeding to pay!

Discount / Promo codes
- Why am i unable to use my discount?
There're a few possible reasons why your discount could be invalid:
1.The code has expired or discount out of period.
Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.
2.Did you meet the minimum spending requirement?
There might be a minimum spend requirement and/or on selected product categories.
3.Product exclusions from promo codes or discounts
Discounts are not applicable on: Markdown items(Sale items)
4.Did you apply the promo code to the correct field?
Promo codes should be applied to the 'Promo Code' field at checkout.
- I placed my order but forgot to use my discount code, what should I do?
Basically you can't.
You will have to cancel your order once and reorder.
*Please note that there is a time limit for cancellation.
